Ramos became the youngest Spain international for 55 years when making his debut in March 2005. Full of energy, quick and always looking to get forward, he has become one of the most highly-rated defenders in world football.

Joining Real from Sevilla for the princely sum of £21 million in 2005, Ramos, then 19, was initially pencilled in as a long-term replacement for club legend Fernando Hierro at centre-back. Federer has not lost prior to the quarter-finals of a major since 2004 Roland Garros, when he was beaten in the third round by Gustavo Kuerten.

“The number is unbelievable. I probably would have been happy with one at one point in my career, when I was younger,” Federer said. “Eventually you raise the bar and say, ‘Okay, hopefully I can reach my first semi-final’, like in 2003 at Wimbledon. I went on to win the tournament and the rest we know. It's been an amazing run and I'm happy I'm still on it.”

Federer goes into the clash with Tsonga with a 9-3 lead in their Head2Head series. He has won their past five meetings, but did lose to the Frenchman in the 2011 Wimbledon quarter-finals. The 31-year-old Federer is looking to lift the trophy at Roland Garros for the second time, following victory in 2009 (d. Soderling), when he completed the career Grand Slam.

David Josué Jiménez Silva is a Spanish footballer who plays for Manchester City and the Spanish national team. Silva plays mainly as an attacking midfielder but has also played as a winger or a second striker on some occasions.

Diario Gol (h/t SportsGrid) reports Messi's neighbors became so annoying that he bought up their house and plans on extending his already sizable estate.

Per the report, things started out as amicably as you would hope. The neighbors fell on hard times and couldn't meet the demands of mortgage payments, so they offered to let Messi buy their house.
